1. Gate 2: Opens from 1900-2300 during Ramadhan and close 'permanantly' after 22/9/09.
2. Gate 3: Opens from 1900-2300 during Ramadhan and close 'permanantly' after 22/9/09. Considering opening during prayers time.
3. Gate 4: Open throughout whole day but will run manually from 2300-0700.
4. CP2: Accessible to public during Ramadhan and only for Saga residents after 22/9/09.
